Salary- From £29,868.80 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Location- Feltham, London

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our CISCO nursery. We are a 55 place client based nursery close to Bedfont Lakes in Feltham. We have on site parking and an overground and underground station (Hatton Cross, Feltham Train station) less than 10 minutes away – both operate a courtesy bus which will take you to and from the station directly to the nursery. The site itself has a range of facilities including a gym, restaurants and lovely areas to walk in during your lunch breaks as well as access to Bedfont Lakes Country Park. The nursery has three classrooms and a beautiful garden which is used by all of the children, it has mud kitchens, a sensory area and growing areas.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
