Job description

We’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) who lives and breathes childcare. You’ll be joining a team where your voice matters, your wellbeing is valued, and your work makes a real difference every single day.

Your day might include:
  • Leading exciting, child‑led activities indoors and out
  • Supporting children’s learning, development, and curiosity
  • Building warm relationships with children, families, and colleagues

About You
  • Hold a full and valid Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification
  • Have experience in an Early Years setting
  • Are energetic, caring, and truly passionate about childcare
  • Thrive in a team that supports and celebrates each other
  • Understand the importance of safeguarding and are committed to keeping children safe
  • Already hold (or are willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS
  • Already hold (or are willing to undertake) a valid paediatric first aid qualification
  • Love being outdoors in all weathers!
  • Forest School or additional SENCO experience is a bonus, and roles with these specialities are available.
