Early Career Teacher (ECT)

Location: Huyton, Liverpool (L36)
Salary: £120 - £232.56 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (with the possibility of permanent employment)
Start Date: February 2026

Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher looking for your first teaching role in a supportive and welcoming school? Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a thriving primary school in Huyton seeking an ECT to join their team and make a real impact on pupils’ learning and development.

About the Role

You will take responsibility for a class within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (year group to be confirmed based on your strengths), delivering engaging lessons and fostering a positive learning environment. The school offers excellent induction and mentoring to ensure you succeed in your first year of teaching.
