Location: North London, Central London

A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join a family office and charity as EA to the Senior Leadership Team. This is a high level EA position that will be supporting a UHNWI principal, chief of staff and another senior team member. Due to the nature of the role, there is enormous room for personal progression and to take on any projects that need leading. This role will suit someone who has experience working in a fluid, unstructured environment who is able to hit the ground running.

Duties may include:

  • Complex and international diary management to 3 team members (possibility to take on more as the business grows)
  • Booking of international travel and creating complex itineraries that include: ground transportation, accommodation, meetings and delegate entertainment
  • Managing the office and additional properties
  • Creating structure and processes for business
  • Minute taking, creating supporting meeting documentation and drawing up correspondence
  • Formatting and proof reading company documents
  • Circulating a weekly update to staff
