C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for an innovative, fast‑paced scale‑up within the clean energy sector. This Executive Assistant role offers incredible benefits, hybrid working and the opportunity to partner directly with a dynamic CEO and C‑Suite team, all based in the heart of London.

• Position: Executive Assistant supporting the CEO as 2 others in the C‑Suite, with wide interaction across the Senior Leadership Team.
• Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
• Hybrid set up: 3 days per week in the London office, 2 days from home.

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:

• Executive Assistant support to the CEO including complex diary, meeting and inbox management.
• Secondary Executive Assistant support to 2 others within C‑Suite, ensuring seamless logistics and follow‑up.
• Attendance at Senior Leadership Team meetings, taking action points, circulating action points and be a key person to ensure actions are actioned and followed up on.
• Managing actions for the SLT including Slack channels, Notion documentation and operating cadence.
• Project coordination including events, offsites, dinners, award evenings and external engagements.
• Ensuring operational efficiency by proactively managing workflow for the CEO and C‑Suite.
• Building strong working relationships with the Office and People Operations Manager and wider team.
• Acting as a trusted Executive Assistant partner, ensuring decisions are actioned quickly and effectively.
• Supporting fast‑moving priorities within a dynamic, non‑hierarchical and collaborative environment.

What background and experience are the company looking for?

The ideal EA will have proven experience supporting C‑suite leaders within a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment such as fintech, well‑known brand or a scale‑up. You will demonstrate exceptional organisation, strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence and the ability to prioritise rapidly changing workloads. A proactive approach, strong commercial awareness, excellent tech capability and comfort working at pace are essential. Experience using tools such as Slack, Notion or project management software is highly advantageous.
