Project Manager – Remediation Works
Region: Gloucester & Welsh Border Region (Projects based from Gloucester northwards)
Key Responsibilities:
- Full project lifecycle management of land remediation projects
- Liaison with main contractors and stakeholders
- Effective commercial, programme & HSEQ management
- Management of site teams and subcontractors
- Regular site visits & project inspections
- Reporting progress to the company’s owners/directors
- Ensuring compliance with remediation methodologies and safety standards
- Travel across the region (accommodation & expenses covered)
Requirements:
- Project Manager, Contracts Manager or experienced Site Manager ready to step up
- Black or Gold CSCS Card + SMSTS
- Proven experience managing remediation, groundworks or civil projects
- Strong knowledge of asbestos in soils & contaminated land
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations
- Experience working alongside Tier 1/2 Main Contractors
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- (Experience in the remediation sector is essential)
