A leading healthcare provider in the UK seeks an E-Roster Project Support Officer to assist in the implementation of an e-rostering system. The position involves delivering training, providing system support, and managing project documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills and experience in rostering within medical settings. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £38,300 per year, alongside generous benefits including 33 days of annual leave.
This is a temporary 12-month fixed-term position as an E-Roster Project Support Officer for Elysium Healthcare, a leading provider of mental health, neurological, learning disabilities, and autism services in the UK. The role involves delivering training, providing support for the e-rostering system, and assisting with the implementation of the project across the organization.
As the E-Rostering Project Support Officer, you will provide support to the implementation of the e-rostering and other systems as required. This includes conducting training sessions and workshops, project support, helpdesk advice, ensuring high quality data input, and supporting the e-rostering project manager. You will also be responsible for maintaining high-quality data and reports, producing KPIs, and liaising with third-party suppliers to resolve issues.
