Job summary

A leading tech solutions firm is seeking a Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect to design and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Dynamics 365, experience with Azure, and excellent communication skills. This role requires managing multiple priorities while supporting pre-sales activities and collaborating with clients and internal teams. Remote work is an option with occasional client visits.

Overview

Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect

Location: UK Remote with occasional client visits

As a Solution Architect, you'll design and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You'll be involved in both pre-sales and project delivery, working closely with clients and internal teams. The role requires strong stakeholder management, technical expertise, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You'll contribute to client work, product development, and support sales efforts. Success in this role depends on being a strong communicator, a proactive team player, and someone who can work independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to tenders and support pre-sales activities
• Deliver presentations, demos, and proof of concepts
• Lead client workshops and define solution architecture
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with Project Managers and development teams
• Ensure solutions follow company standards
• Support product development and roadmap planning
• Advise on infrastructure (cloud and on-premise)
• Stay up to date with Microsoft certifications and technologies
• Share knowledge and lessons learned across the team
• Continuously develop your technical skills
• Help achieve company goals through innovation and delivery

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or Business Central) and Power Platform
