Qualifications

  • Professional qualification in Mental Health at degree level.
  • Current NMC registration.
  • Experience in a mental health clinical setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage caseload under the Care Programme Approach.
  • Conduct initial assessments and one-to-one interventions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.

Skills

Ability to work as part of an MDT
Good skills in assessment, intervention and evaluation of service users care
Interpersonal skills
Clinical supervision skills

Education

Professional Qualification (Mental Health) to degree level or equivalent
Current registration with the NMC
Practice based educator qualification or equivalent
