Job summary

A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is a must, and own transport is necessary as the location is not accessible via public transport. Flexible shifts on a rota basis are expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present meals in line with menu specifications.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Support with menu planning, stock control, and deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team.
• Ensure all food safety, allergen, and HACCP procedures are followed.
