Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management, opening and closing the restaurant, and leading the team during busy services. You’ll be the heartbeat of the shift, with a focus on hospitality magic and hands-on leadership.

You’ll earn £12.99 per hour, rising to £13.50 when acting as Manager on Shift, plus perks like free meals on shift, a birthday off, and 50% off food for you and your crew. A fast-track path to Assistant Manager is available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server or supervisor in a hospitality setting.
• Proven leadership during busy service periods.
• Willingness to learn operational aspects of running a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant site.
• Lead the team when the GM is away and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle cashing up and compliance duties.
• Serve as a role model for the team during shifts.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic."
