Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager in Hull to bridge floor operations with management. The role centers on leading shifts, opening/closing the restaurant, and role-modelling exceptional hospitality.

You’ll supervise a busy service, ensure a smooth guest experience, and learn the business through structured training and mentorship. You’ll bring proven hospitality experience, a confident leadership style, and a genuine passion for making guests smile.

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor and readiness for more.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team during busy services when the GM is away.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
