Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Wisbech is hiring a Duty Manager to bridge the floor and leadership. You’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team during busy services, and ensure every guest experiences our Hospitality Magic.

You’ll handle cashing up and compliance, act as a role model on shift, and drive service standards with energy and reliability. The role comes with higher shift pay (£12.99–£13.50), free meals on shift, a birthday off, 50% off food, and fast-tracked training to progress toward

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience at a supervisory level or above.
• Ability to lead a team through busy service periods.
• Strong energy, reliability and enthusiasm for guest experience.
• Willingness to learn the operational side of a successful restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as keyholder.
• Lead the team during shifts when the GM is away.
• Cashing up and ensure compliance on shift.
• Model guest-focused hospitality and strong service standards.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
