Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge the floor and leadership, opening and closing the restaurant, and guiding the team during shifts with Hospitality Magic.

As a keyholder and role model, you’ll handle cashing up, ensure compliance, and develop your leadership journey with structured training to progress into Assistant Manager and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server or supervisor and ready for more.
• Natural leader with the confidence to guide a busy service.
• Positive, reliable and passionate about making people smile.
• Eager to learn the operational side of a successful restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team during shifts when the GM is away.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
