Job summary

Prezzo Italian is hiring a Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management. You’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our Hospitality Magic, while mastering cashing up and compliance behind the scenes.

You’re a hospitality pro with leadership energy, a reliable and positive attitude, and a growth mindset eager to learn the operational side of a successful restaurant.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
