Job summary

Prezzo Italian in the United Kingdom is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management, opening and closing the restaurant, and leading the team when the GM is away while delivering our Hospitality Magic.

As a keyholder, you’ll master cashing up, ensure compliance, and act as a role model with high energy, reliability, and a growth mindset. This role offers leadership progression in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience as a server or supervisor and readiness for more.
• Strong leadership ability to guide a team during busy service.

The Role
