Qualifications

• Hospitality experience as a server or supervisor.
• Proven leadership during busy services.
• Positive, reliable and people-focused.
• Willingness to learn the operational side of a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder and lead the team when the GM is away.
• Ensure great guest experiences and model hospitality standards.
• Handle cashing up and compliance while maintaining front-of-house presence.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic."
