Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge floor operations and management. You will be the heartbeat of each shift, opening and closing the restaurant, leading the team when the GM is away, and ensuring every guest experiences our hospitality magic.

You’ll manage cashing up and compliance while staying visible as a role model for staff. The role rewards leadership with higher shift rates, perks like free meals on shift, a birthday off, and 50% off food for staff.

Qualifications

• You’ve got solid experience as a server or supervisor and you’re ready for more.
• You’ve got the confidence to lead a team through a buzzing, busy service.
