Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Reading is looking for a Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management, taking the next step in leadership. As a keyholder, you will open and close the restaurant, lead the team during busy services, and ensure every guest experiences our Hospitality Magic.

You’ll handle cashing up, compliance, and training while staying on the floor as a role model for the team. Prior supervisory or server experience and a confident, energetic mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server or supervisor with readiness for more.
• Strong leadership to guide a team through busy services.
• Energetic and reliable with a passion for making guests smile.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team when the GM is away and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle cashing up and basic compliance tasks on shift.
• Serve as a visible role model and deliver Hospitality Magic to guests.

The Role
You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic."
