Job summary

Prezzo in Chippenham is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management, open and close the restaurant, and lead the team when the General Manager is away. You will ensure every guest experiences our Hospitality Magic and master the behind-the-scenes basics such as cashing up and compliance.

As a keyholder with a natural leadership style, you will bring energy, reliability, and a passion for great service, while taking opportunities for growth and progression within the business.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor and ready for more.
• Natural leader with the confidence to guide a team during busy service.
• Reliable, positive energy with a passion for making guests smile.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic."
