About The Role

You will assist and support the management team in the running of shifts, conducting back‑of‑house duties alongside front‑of‑house tasks. You will support, train and guide our amazing staff to be even more incredible in their roles, making the bar a destination people want to come to.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day‑to‑day operations during shifts.
  • Co‑ordinating front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities.
  • Training, mentoring and motivating staff.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and beer experience.
  • Implementing and up‑holding BrewDog standards and values.
  • Reporting on sales, staffing and operational issues.
