The Associate Project Manager plays a key role within Ralph Lauren’s EMEA DTC Project Team, supporting small business and technology initiatives from conception through execution. This role partners across the DTC organisation to coordinate project delivery, ensuring initiatives are executed successfully against defined business requirements and aligned to strategic objectives in the EMEA and LATAM regions.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, third‑party partners, and Global Product teams to help deliver high‑quality consumer experiences across digital channels, driving conversion, retention, brand perception, and overall business growth.
This role is ideal for someone with early project management experience or e‑commerce management experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility and independently manage smaller projects.
You will bring strong organisational skills, growing confidence in stakeholder communication, and a good understanding of digital or e‑commerce environments. This position offers the opportunity to deepen your project management capabilities and develop within a collaborative, fast‑paced team.
Support the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent small projects, from initiation to delivery and post‑implementation review.
