The Intelligence and Surveillance team based within the Faculty of Health Innovation, Technology and Science is seeking a committed individual to support the functioning of Drug and Alcohol Related Death panels which LJMU are commissioned to provide across the north west and midlands areas of England. The role will entail administrative support for the review panels, including note-taking, report preparation and liaison with stakeholders, which will require a sensitivity to the difficult subject matter. You will have extensive experience of note taking in meetings ideally in a health related setting and the preparation of reports aimed at a wide variety of stakeholders. A good understanding of medical terminology, issues relating to illicit substance use and/or the misuse of prescription medications will be an advantage. Interviews for this post will include a test related to note taking. Please note this is an on site office-based role and is Fixed term until 31 March 2027 initially.
