Responsibilities

As a Driver LCV based in Truro you’ll be responsible for:

• Driving a 3.5 tonne vehicle and delivering items to our customers and building sites in and the surrounding area.
• You will be involved in multi-drop deliveries per day.
• Loading and unloading deliveries and carrying out daily vehicle checks.
• Assisting in the warehouse once back from deliveries with unloading stock, picking & packing orders, stock checks and general tidying.

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm. You will also be required to work a Saturday on a rota basis (paid as overtime)

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous multidrop delivery driving is preferred
• Knowledge of handheld scanner PDA is ideal
• Excellent customer service skills
