A national health service provider is hiring for a Domestic Supervisor role in Harrogate. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities. The role entails providing leadership and administrative support to the domestic services team, managing operations, and ensuring cleaning standards are upheld. Candidates need GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent, along with IT skills and supervisory experience in a similar environment. Attractive benefits such as NHS pension scheme are included.
The opportunity has arisen for a full time permanent Domestic Supervisor role to join our Domestic Services Team. We have two full-time role and one part-time role available.
The post-holder will be able to gain experience of working in a domestic department as part of Harrogate Integrated Facilities who offer services directly to Harrogate NHS Foundation Trust.
The main duties and responsibilities of the post holder will be to provide leadership and administrative support to domestic service department.
This will include managing the day to day running of the department and being a first line contact dealing with any queries or concerns that are reported to the office. Office operates from 6am to 10pm during week days and 7am to 7pm during weekends.
Examples of other duties for this role will include management and allocation of staff, monitoring cleaning standards, 1-2-1 meetings with staff, training and induction of new team members.
