Heating Engineer - Norwich
Salary: £41,000 - £48,000 per annum

Are you a skilled and qualified Gas Engineer looking for a new opportunity with a forward-thinking company committed to safety, sustainability, and customer satisfaction?

My client is a national provider of market-leading heating and hot water solutions, operating from a network of regional offices across the East of England and the Midlands. Responsibilities
  • Perform service and maintenance work on a variety of domestic properties across the region.
  • Deliver excellent customer care when dealing with clients and tenants.
  • Provide timely updates and complete all required documentation accurately.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety regulations, including Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
  • Manage stock ordering and auditing to ensure parts are available for job completion.
Requirements
  • Valid gas qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1.
  • Willingness to participate in out-of-hours cover on a rota basis.
  • Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Successful applicants will be subject to eligibility checks including right to work and DBS.
