To support the Project Team with all document control functions within Flintstone, ensuring the smooth operation of the customer service team, and to provide administrative backup during periods of holiday or illness.

Key Activities and Responsibilities
  • Checking project documentation, ensuring it is completed in the correct format
  • Controlling incoming supplier/client documentation and distribution as appropriate.
  • Ensuring client comments are incorporated on new revisions of documents.
  • Ensuring all points raised as client comments are covered on client comment response sheet.
  • Ensuring project documentation is completed according to the project schedule.
  • Tracking submittals by the project document trackers.
  • Creating transmittals and submitting to clients.
  • Creating Manufacturing Record Books.
  • Ensuring project documentation goes through Flintstone approval procedure
  • Liaising with clients & suppliers , attending client and supplier meetings as necessary.
  • Working with project managers/engineers and all Flintstone personnel

Previous Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Document Control Role within an engineering, construction, or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of document control standards, procedures, and approval workflows. Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Skilled in PDF manipulation (e.g., Adobe Acrobat or similar tools).
