Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior Technical Services or MEP leadership roles within fit out or refurbishment main contractor environments.
• Proven track record delivering major commercial fit out projects, ideally within central London.
• Strong technical expertise across mechanical, electrical, public health, BMS, and specialist systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide divisional leadership for MEP delivery across multiple major fit out projects.
• Establish and maintain technical standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee MEP design management from early stage design through construction and handover.
