A leading healthcare organization in Bridport is seeking a District Nurse or Community Nursing Sister to lead community-based nursing services. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a District Nurse or Community Nursing Sister to support in the leadership of the Bridport and Lyme District Nursing Service. The team works with other health and social care professionals across primary and secondary care, as well as with patients, families and carers in their own home.
The role is full time and will include working one weekend a month; part-time hours will be considered.
Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service may present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
