Location: Hertford, Hertfordshire

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000

QED Legal are keen to speak with Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Property Litigation Solicitor to join our highly‑reputable law firm based in Hertford, Hertfordshire.

The ideal candidate is a Litigation Solicitor with 2‑4 years of experience in General Litigation or a stronger background in Property Litigation. Our client seeks someone with a natural drive and passion for contentious and non‑contentious property work, and experience in handling a varied workload.

Responsibilities
  • Handle property litigation matters such as landlord‑and‑tenant disputes, breach of lease claims, rent arrears, and service charge disputes.
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations and court appearances.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
