Omnia Resourcing are proud to be recruiting Dishwashers / Dishroom Workers for a leading food production operation based in the TW4 area. Our client relies on a dedicated, hardworking team to maintain exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and efficiency across their production environment.

You will work as part of a large, fast-moving team responsible for ensuring all kitchen equipment, utensils, and production tools are cleaned, sanitised, and ready to support ongoing food production tasks.

Your role as a Dishwasher / Dishroom Worker :

As a key member of the dishroom team, you will be responsible for washing and sanitising dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. You will keep work areas clean, organised, and safe, while following strict hygiene and food safety procedures.

This role may also include supporting basic kitchen cleaning, waste removal, and general production hygiene duties. Manual handling, lifting, bending, and standing for long periods will be required.

The perfect candidate must be fully flexible as shift patterns vary and start / finish times may change.

Dishwasher / Dishroom Worker - About you :

You must have a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work and enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

You must maintain a clean and safe workstation, follow all food safety and sanitation procedures, and be prepared to wear the required personal protective equipment.

You must also be reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Dishwasher / Dishroom Worker - Requirements :

• Valid ID (Passport) and Right to Work in the UK
• 5 years of references
• Recent DBS check
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility to work any 5 days out of 7, including weekends & bank holidays
• Ability to work AM, PM, or Night shifts
• Physically able to stand for long periods, including bending and stooping
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
