A renowned health service provider in Cambridge seeks a motivated individual to lead the administrative team for neurosurgery and rehabilitation services. We are seeking a motivated and highly organised individual to join the Neurosciences Directorate and lead the administration team for neurosurgery, paediatric neurosurgery and rehabilitation services.
We will be responsible for managing patient pathways to meet Nationally mandated NHS targets, providing daily support to the administrative staff, maintaining effective communication across the team, reporting on key metrics within the department and presenting to Trust in various forums. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop operational management and leadership skills.
