A vehicle sales company in Derry/Londonderry seeks a Business Development Executive to drive marketing efforts and customer relationships. The successful candidate will generate leads through various channels, ensure client satisfaction, and analyze market trends. Required qualifications include 5 GCSEs and sales experience. This is a temporary contract offering flexible hours and a pay rate of £7.55 to £12.21 per hour based on age.

THE EMPLOYER IS: AC MOTORS DIRECT LTDThe Business Development Executive will become an integral member of the team. They will support the existing staff continue to deliver exceptional vehicles equally delivering exceptional customer service.The successful candidate will be expected to;Lead on the company’s marketing both online and offline;Lead with customer interactions ensuring they have an excellent experience at AC Motors Direct;Assist with the day-to-day running of the organisation;Assist with the finance operations of the business;Assist to ensure vehicles are prepared and presented to the highest standards.Other ad hoc duties.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and chase potential clients, markets, and opportunities.
  • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads based on company standards and business fit.
  • Present and promote the company’s vehicles to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Act as the point of contact between the client and internal teams.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address concerns or issues promptly.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour.
  • Recommend and develop strategic approaches to gain competitive advantage.
  • Identify new market segments and develop tailored strategies for entry.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and client engagement.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 5 GCSE’s (Grade A-C) Including Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • ICT literacy.
  • Social Media Experience.
  • Proven track record of working within a sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience working within the motor industry.
