We're seeking a Director of Sales to lead our NextGear Capital sales function across the UK. This is a high‑impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building relationships, motivating teams, and driving strategic growth. What You'll Be Driving
  • Lead & Inspire: Empower and energise of Sales, Account Managers and Support Executives to exceed ambitious targets.
  • Strategic Growth: Shape and execute dynamic sales strategies that attract new customers and deepen existing partnerships.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Work cross‑functionally with Credit Risk, Finance, Marketing and Legal to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Customer‑Centric Leadership: Build lasting relationships with dealers, vendors and partners, always putting customer success first.
  • Portfolio Oversight: Monitor performance, mitigate risk and ensure proactive engagement across customer portfolios.
  • Industry Representation: Be the face of NextGear at key events translating strategy into action with clarity and charisma.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven leadership in sales within a fast‑paced results‑driven environment.
