An innovative music management firm is looking for a Director of Artist Relations & Management in London. The role involves leading artist management, developing career strategies, and building relationships with artists and industry partners. The position offers a salary of up to £70k base plus uncapped commission, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Harmonic are delighted to be working on a retained basis alongside an extremely exciting, fast growth independent rights music management scale up, in the search for a Director of Artist Relations & Management to join their consistently growing team. As a newly created role, there will be huge amounts of autonomy and ownership on offer, while suiting highly curious and ambitious candidates looking to have a real voice at the table during this next growth phase.

With tailored solutions for each individual client and their respective career journeys, services include supporting with music distribution, data analysis, promotion strategy, royalties and accounting and YouTube channel management. This comes with the ultimate goal of ensuring artists retain ownership of their music, protecting copyright and earnings, and expanding audience and revenue.

This vacancy comes at a hugely exciting moment, with a newly created Director of Sales role also currently being hired. The business are in a period of exponential growth – with YouTube and DSP earnings up by 160% in 2025 compared to the same period in 2024. There is therefore the need to grow the team to meet the increasing demand and to expand our offering for the artist community.
The main purpose of the role will be to lead and scale the Artist Relations and Management function, acting as a senior artist manager, building trusted, long-term relationships with artists, labels, managers, and creators. The role is responsible for long-term artist career development, release strategies, platform growth, audience development, retention, and overall satisfaction, ensuring artists receive best-in-class management-style support.
up to £70k base + uncapped commission package
