Role Overview

The Director of Marketing is a pivotal role within the Naturium global organization. This position is responsible for the full funnel of brand development in the UK & Australia from building local national strategy, executing go‑to‑market plans and development of best‑in‑industry trade marketing support. It is essential this leader demonstrate key cultural practices of growth, positivity, honesty, curiosity, innovation, speed, agility and collaboration. The role will manage 1x brand manager with team growth planned soon. Organizational influence is extremely important as this leader needs important elements of their strategic vision to be supported by the global marketing team based in Los Angeles. This role has a broad remit. The candidate must be entrepreneurial and be able to collaborate highly effectively with global teams based in Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Localized Brand Strategy – develop and implement localized brand strategy, drawing inspiration from global brand strategy.
  • Marketing Calendar – develop and manage local product launch and communication calendar.
  • UK & Australia go‑to‑market execution – responsible for deployment and executional excellence of GTM strategy in the UK & Australia.
  • Investment Management – responsible for creating and executing marketing investment plan from brand awareness campaigns to POS conversion initiatives.
  • Earned and Paid Media – in collaboration with leads from global team, responsible for spend and agency partner management for all paid and earned media.
  • Trade Marketing – responsible for deployment and executional excellence of GTM strategy in the UK & Australia.
  • Market Intelligence – transmit local market intelligence to global teams to ensure global brand and product strategies support localized territories.
