• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success managing cloud IT environments and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Deep understanding of security frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, AWS/GCP Architect are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide security posture for application and network security.
• Manage corporate IT operations and ensure effective IT service delivery.
• Lead global application support teams for internal and customer-facing systems.
• Develop and lead a FinOps strategy to control cloud and SaaS spend.
• Define KPIs and service quality metrics for IT operations.
