As a Motability In-House Motor Engineer you’ll carry out research investigations and technical reviews on motor claims up to 50,000 using your engineering expertise to achieve the right technical outcomes and strengthen indemnity control. You’ll work directly with customers, third parties and their representatives, support claims handlers with coaching and training and stay on top of the latest technical developments to continually raise capability across the team.
Our hybrid model offers a best‑of‑both‑worlds approach. When you’ll be in the office depends on your role and team, but colleagues spend at least 2 days a week in the office.
