Direct Care Professionals - Part Time/Evenings

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour; $21.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment)

Schedule: Saturday 9am-11pm; Monday 3pm-11pm; Friday 3pm-11pm

Experience: NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. We offer ongoing FREE on-the-job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

Positions: Part-time, Full-time, Relief/Per Diem; 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available

Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas

Qualifications and Requirements

• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after

Job Responsibilities

You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments

Community Outings

As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples include:

• The Movies

• Going to Dinner
• Baseball Game
• Bowling
