A government agency in the UK is seeking a Graduate Surveyor to assist in various estate management programs. Graduate Surveyor roles within Estates work, assisting and supporting on a wide range of programmes and services across the UK. The role will provide subject‑matter expertise, communicate with key stakeholders and progress through an intensive graduate programme leading to the Higher Executive Officer (HEO) grade. Successful graduates will begin in September 2026 and will be based either in Andover or Catterick, with regular travel to sites within the region and occasional UK‑wide visits.
The role can be based at either Andover or Catterick. Successful applicants will be expected to attend their chosen location regularly for face‑to‑face meetings and collaboration. The role involves regular travel to sites within the chosen region and occasional UK‑wide site inspections, with a minimum of 60 % of working time in office (subject to site capacity and required workplace adjustments).
Salary: £33,730 per annum. The Ministry of Defence contributes £9,771 towards membership of the Civil Service Defined Benefit Pension scheme. Benefits include tailored learning and development, flexible working options (non‑contractual hybrid arrangement), a culture of inclusion and diversity, and 25 days of annual leave rising to 30 days after five years of service.
