Our Digital & Technology Degree Apprenticeship will immerse you in the heart of IT. Over the four‑year programme, you will join a dedicated IT team where you will develop specialist skills and gain a deep understanding of how digital innovation drives our organisation.
You will become an integral part of the team, allowing you to build expert knowledge, contribute to long‑term projects, and see the real impact of your work. You’ll be involved in day‑to‑day activities with genuine purpose, collaborate on exciting digital initiatives, and apply your learning to real business challenges as you develop into a future IT professional. Throughout your time here, you will gain experience within key specialisms such as Business Analysis, Data Analysis, and IT Consulting, gaining the capabilities needed for a successful career in these technology fields.
You will study for a BA (Hons) Digital and Technology Solutions in partnership with MK:U (Cranfield University), completing your degree through a mixture of virtual and on‑campus study. MK:U is a new kind of university, where education is framed around business.
Instead of a traditional lecture and exam model, you will learn via the problem‑based learning (PBL) approach, focusing on the practical application of knowledge. Throughout your studies at MK:U, you’ll learn a range of subject modules, such as:

If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to an online video interview so we can get to know you a little better. Candidates who progress will then complete a set of online situational judgement assessments. Those who are successful will be invited to a short online interview to get to know you further after this if you are successful you’ll move on to the final stage, our assessment centre day at our head office in Milton Keynes, where you’ll learn more about life as one of our undergraduates and meet our team. Successful candidates will receive a placement offer shortly after the assessment centre.
