Job summary

A leading health and weight management company in Alfreton is seeking a confident communicator who is empathetic towards members and excels in customer service. Ideal candidates will have a proactive problem-solving mindset, be experienced in contact centre settings, and be skilled in using Microsoft Office and Salesforce. This role involves multi-tasking and managing changing priorities while delivering exceptional service to members. Ideally, you’ll bring experience from a fast-paced contact centre environment and a familiarity with Salesforce (training will be provided if needed), while also having an understanding of Slimming World and Food Optimising.
