Our client is a top tier consultancy looking for a Digital Strategy Consultant on a long term contract.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years' experience in digital strategy definition, planning, and implementation, with a proven ability to deliver outcomes in fast-paced, complex environments.
Establish Governance Framework: Define and implement governance structures and productionisation approaches for Digital Charters following their completion.
Strategic Oversight: Lead the refresh and ongoing bi-annual updates of the DSAP, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate DSAP information gathering, drafting, and submission in line with regulatory requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between Digital teams and Business units, driving alignment on digital ambitions and delivery.
Leadership Engagement: Design and facilitate transformation workshops for senior leadership to support strategic change and adoption.
Automation & Enablement: Introduce automation to enable continuous updates of the digital strategy and associated Intranet/SharePoint content.
8-10 years' experience in digital strategy definition, planning, and implementation
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proven experience facilitating senior leadership and executive-level workshops
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence using AI tools such as Copilot and NotebookLM
Strong organisational skills with experience managing engagement across 100+ stakeholders
High attention to detail, particularly in regulatory or compliance-driven reporting
Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments and respond effectively to ad-hoc requirements
Solid understanding of digital transformation and enterprise-level strategy
