A growing jewellery business in Staffordshire is seeking a Digital Sales & Marketing Manager to lead online sales and enhance brand engagement. The ideal candidate will excel in digital sales with strong communication skills and additional proficiency in tools like Pipedrive and Shopify. This hybrid role requires creativity and the ability to effectively manage social media and online campaigns. Location: Staffordshire
Hours 15hrs/week hybrid and fully flexible with some on-site work required.
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience, offered on a pro rata basis hours per week (£30,000 £35,000 per annum full-time equivalent)

Our client is an exciting jewellery business, founded approximately 5 years ago.
The founder must be one of the youngest independent jewellers in the country as he has held a passion for gold and antique jewellery since he was just 13 and initially travelling to antique fairs all over the Midlands and North West, before starting his online business selling one-off second hand jewellery pieces and luxury watches through ebay and via his online websites. Two years ago, he opened his first shop, serving customers from all over Staffordshire and beyond, which has been a fantastic success.
It is a small friendly team and is dedicated to building long term relationships with customers offering the highest levels of customer service and a range of services from jewellery repairs, buying gold and silver jewellery, selling second hand jewellery, luxury watches and also offering a unique ring design service across Staffordshire.
This is a highly commercial role with freedom and flexibility creatively to develop a winning approach to maximise online sales.
We are seeking a highly organised, self-motivated Digital Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our online sales, collaborating closely with the owner, to promote the business locally and nationally, increasing brand awareness and sales.
The ideal candidate will have a real interest in jewellery, love engaging with customers and working as part of a team, be a self-starter who thrives working at pace and delivering real commercial results. They will take full ownership of online activity from marketing right through to fulfilment of online orders.
