Job description

We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead new business development for our digital services division. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, pitching complex digital solutions, and engaging senior stakeholders across various industries. You'll also work closely with internal teams to cross-sell our wider offerings in exhibitions, events, and media, ensuring clients benefit from our full suite of capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify, pursue, and convert new digital business opportunities.
  2. Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  3. Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from procurement to C-suite.
  4. Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  5. Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
  6. Cross-sell services in exhibitions, live events, media, and 3D.
  7. Attend client meetings, pitches, and industry events—nationally and internationally.
Essential Experience:
  • 4+ years in digital sales or new business development.
  • Proven track record selling digital mar-tech solutions to B2B clients.
  • Experience selling digital services such as web/app development, 3D and animation-based content, and interactive product tools.
  • Excellent pitching, presenting, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams to scope and sell bespoke solutions.
