We’re offering an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career by joining an award-winning project team delivering a cutting-edge digital system that will transform how the Local Plan for Greater Norwich is produced.
In this fast-paced project management environment, you’ll manage competing priorities and tight deadlines while working closely with senior officers, elected members, and colleagues across partner organisations. You’ll play a key role in fostering strong, collaborative relationships—supporting and challenging teams to meet agreed delivery targets.
Your responsibilities will include drafting strategies, plans, and project documentation, as well as leading the onboarding and implementation of innovative digital tools—including AI, automation, and GIS mapping—to streamline and accelerate the Local Plan process in line with government timelines.
As the central point of contact for all digital workstreams, you’ll provide training, technical support, and coordination across the four partner authorities to embed new digital ways of working. While an interest and aptitude for digital tools is essential, full training on specialist software will be provided.
