A leading insurance firm in Belfast seeks an experienced Digital Product Manager to drive the strategy and delivery of security-focused products. We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of security-focused products that protect enterprise assets and enable secure-by-default development practices. This role will own the lifecycle of critical security tools and platforms, utilized by the enterprise. The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with a deep understanding of security principles, DevSecOps practices, and modern engineering workflows. Additionally, the candidate will leverage AI-driven capabilities to optimize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance efficiency across security operations and product management processes. This role requires forward-thinking and strategic planning to anticipate future security needs, define measurable outcomes, and ensure products deliver long-term value. Success will be measured by risk reduction, improved developer experience and compliance adherence.
