Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of Performance Marketing experience (PPC and/or DSP).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs including ROAS, Reach, CPC, CTR, CVR.
  • Ability to extract clear insights from vast data sources and make improvements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated, with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience working with Amazon Advertising & 3rd party reporting platforms such as Skai is preferred.
  • Experience in localizing Performance Marketing plans to the relevant European locale.

Responsibilities

Job description

As a Digital PPC Manager at adidas, you will be responsible for delivering profit-maximizing campaigns and enhancing the digital shopping experience for one of our key online retail partners, Amazon. You will build out campaigns for multiple sports categories across Europe.

Responsibilities
  • AMS: Implement and manage Amazon AMS (PPC) campaigns in-house. Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and improve visibility of our products in search.
  • DSP: Build out awareness and consideration campaigns with Amazon DSP (audience-based marketing) to help reach new customers on platforms such as Twitch, Fire TV, and Alexa. Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right customers effectively.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on Amazon-specific KPIs, using data to make informed decisions and improve performance.
  • A+ Content: Work closely with creative agencies to create engaging A+ content for product pages to improve conversion rates across the site.
  • Brand Store: Update the Amazon brand store to ensure that the content is leveraging the most updated brand direction, and our consumers are experiencing our brand in the best possible way.
