Job summary

We are looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and SMM. As a Digital Marketer, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital campaigns to enhance our brand's online presence and drive traffic to our website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the brand, products, or services across multiple digital channels (social media, email, websites, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize SEO campaigns to increase organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Oversee PPC advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and paid social media ads, to maximize ROI.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track key metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion rates).
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and manage paid advertising budgets for digital channels, ensuring cost-effective ad spend.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, identifying new opportunities to implement the latest technologies and strategies.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging, high-quality marketing materials (graphics, blogs, videos, etc.).
  • Ensure the brand’s messaging is consistent across all digital platforms and aligned with company goals.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency in SEO, PPC and SMM strategies.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics and social media advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google etc.).
  • Content creation skills for websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a must.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet campaign goals.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Level 3 qualification in Marketing and Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • At least 2 year of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Experience in All Social Media Platforms
Job Type
  • Full-time: 35.5-37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Once Shortlisted, Salary package will be discussed further.
Location
  • Suite 2D, The Hub, 40 Friar Lane, Nottingham, NG1 6DQ.
