Digital Media Manager | West Midlands (Hybrid) | £28,000 to £35,000 DOE

The Business

Working across retail, lifestyle, consumer and B2B clients, this team produces high-quality digital work grounded in insight and creativity. You'll be supported, trusted and encouraged to grow your skill set.

The Role

You'll help plan, deliver and optimise digital campaigns across Google Ads, paid social and display. You'll report on performance, support wider digital strategies and work with internal teams to keep campaigns running smoothly.

This role offers genuine variety and is well-suited to someone looking to develop their digital media expertise in a supportive environment. Maybe you're a Paid Social whizz or a Google Ads expert? We'd still love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Set up and optimise campaigns across Google Search, Display, Video and Shopping
  • Manage paid social campaigns across Meta and other platforms
  • Monitor performance and produce clear reporting and insights
  • Support client teams with digital planning and day-to-day delivery
  • Work with creative teams to traffic and coordinate campaign assets
  • Stay up to date with platform updates and digital best practice
About You

This role is open to candidates from a range of backgrounds. You may currently be in a digital marketing, paid media, PPC, social ads or broader media role and looking for a step up.

  • Some hands‑on experience with Google Ads and / or paid social
  • Confident analysing performance data
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple campaigns
  • Agency experience is useful but not essential
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager or Looker Studio
  • Experience with product feeds or ecommerce
  • Exposure to other paid media platforms
